It takes about 30～45minutes from Nago-city there are a lot of Hotels to Gesashi river mangrove.
But,,,, it takes about 1 hour and 40minutes from Naha city. It might be a liittle far for people visit from Southern area…
However, to our surprise, a lot of people visit the Gesashi river from Naha-city and Onna-village to mangrove kayak!!
They say,
“We want to enjoy natural mangrove forest grow thickly even if it takes far a little.”
“We want to go through a narrow branch river.” ←← ※Kayak can go trough all narrow branch river on the day there are enough quantity of river water by tide. When it’s the day there are not enough, The distance of narrow branch kayak can go through is be shorter than all.
It takes for 1hour and 40minutes from Naha from Gesashi river. But, surprisingly, a lot of visiter coming from Naha area.
